Braised pork ribs with potatoes

Stewed pork ribs with potatoes is a simple and tasty dish that can feed the whole family and not spend a lot of time cooking.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Ingredients

Pork ribs 500 g

Potatoes 500 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Ground red pepper to taste

Preparation

Cut the pork ribs lengthwise, rinse well and dry.

Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots and peppers into strips.

Fry the ribs in a pan with vegetable oil, stirring for 5-7 minutes.

Add vegetables and bay leaves, cook for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.

Add potatoes and a glass of water to the pan.

Add ground red pepper to taste and season with salt. Stir and cook covered over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Stewed pork ribs with potatoes are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
