Fried chicken in a pan

This recipe makes a fragrant, spicy, fried chicken in a frying pan with a crispy crust.

Ingredients

Chicken (pieces for frying) 500 g

Vegetable oil 100 pcs

Salt 1 tsp

Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Rinse and dry the chicken pieces.

Grate the chicken pieces well with salt and pepper mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and add chicken.

Fry the chicken pieces over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Put on a dish, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
