Cod fillet with rice in a pan, delicious fish pilaf in Post.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Cod fillet 300 g
Water 250 ml
Rice 150 g
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cut the cod fillet into pieces.
Peel and cut onions and carrots.
Fry vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add water to the pan and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add cod pieces to the pan with vegetables.
Add rice to fish and salt. Mix.
Add more water so that the rice is completely covered with water. Cook covered over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
Cod fillet with rice is ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
