Meat with vegetables in a pot is a fragrant and tender roast of meat with vegetables baked in a pot. Recommended for a delicious dinner.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Pork pulp 300 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Eggplant 1 pc
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Spices for meat to taste
Salt to taste
Dice the meat, peel and finely chop the onion.
Fry the meat and onions in a pan with vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes.
Add the diced vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add spices and salt.
Transfer to a casserole dish and add a quarter glass of water.
Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.
The meat with vegetables in the pot is ready. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve.
