Simple and delicious bean salad

A simple and tasty bean salad that makes a great addition to your main course without taking a lot of time to prepare.

Ingredients

Red beans 50 g

Potatoes 2 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 pcs

Salt to taste

Preparation

Soak beans in water overnight.

Boil the beans until tender, cool.

Boil beets, carrots and potatoes, peel and cool.

Dice the vegetables into a bowl.

Add the diced pickled cucumbers.

Add beans.

Stir and season with vegetable oil.

A simple and delicious salad with beans is ready. Can be served at the table.
