Mackerel in the sleeve

Sleeve baked mackerel turns out to be incredibly juicy and aromatic. This spectacular dish whet your appetite like nothing else.

Mackerel 1 piece

Onion 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Universal seasoning 1/2 tsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp l.

Lettuce leaves for decoration

Peel the fish and rinse well. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse and dry the dill.

Grate the fish well with the universal seasoning outside and inside and put the dill in the fish.

Place the fish in a roasting sleeve, place the onion slices next to it. Add olive oil and close the sleeve tightly.

Cook in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Put the finished fish on a plate with lettuce and garnish with vegetables and herbs.

The mackerel in the sleeve is ready. Can be served at the table.
