Beef tongue 50 g
Champignons fresh or frozen 50 g
Bulb onions 20 g
Cream 20% fat. 50 g
Cheese 20 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Cut all ingredients into strips.
Saute, lightly salt.
