Squid Salad "Snow Angel" is a delicate squid salad with cheese and eggs that your guests will certainly like.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Squid 300 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Walnuts 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Defrost 300 g of squid.
Place the squid in boiling water for 30 seconds. As soon as the squids begin to swell, remove them from the heat and cool. Not more! Otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless and may ruin the salad.
Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.
Cut the boiled squid into strips into a bowl.
Add 100 g of grated cheese.
Add the diced eggs and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Salt to taste.
Stir the salad and place in a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
The "Snow Angel" squid salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
