Rinse the ribs well and dry.
Make small cuts at each edge.
Stick thin slices of peeled garlic into the incisions. Spread well with pomegranate sauce and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Rub well with salt and paprika. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
When baking, turn the ribs 2-3 times.
Place on a platter and remove the garlic slices before serving. Add greens and vegetables. Serve.
