Roast in pots


Low-fat pork 200 g

Potatoes 2-3 ml

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

White cabbage 100 g

Water 100 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Fresh puff pastry 1 pc

Egg yolk 1 pc

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste

Cut the meat into pieces. Finely chop the onion. Fry the meat and onions in vegetable oil until tender.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place diced potatoes and chopped carrots in pots.

Add meat and onions.

Put chopped cabbage on top. Add 50 ml each. salted water in each pot.

Roll out the dough layer and cut out circles in a suitable shape.

Cover the pots with dough and brush with yolk.

Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C. Cover with foil for the first 30 minutes of cooking, then remove the foil and continue cooking. Take out and cool slightly. Serve to the table.
