Chops meat (pork) 300 g
Eggplant 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Hard cheese 50 g
Tomatoes 2-3 pcs

Salt to taste

Beat off the meat. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until tender.
Cut the eggplant into slices, salt.
Fry for 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil on both sides. Place on paper towels.
On a baking sheet covered with foil, put the chops, put the eggplant slices and tomato slices on top.
Smear a little with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
