Chum salmon with vegetables in the oven, an appetizing dish that will conquer any gourmet with its taste.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chum steak 2 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Dried basil 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel potatoes, carrots, onions. Cut the potatoes into slices, the onion into half rings, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Add basil, salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with oil.
Place in a baking dish.
Salt and pepper the fish, grease with oil.
Place on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley.
Close with foil. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
