Pilaf in a slow cooker with pork

Pilaf in a slow cooker with pork is a great way to cook a delicious dish, save a lot of time and, at the same time, feed the whole family.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork (tenderloin) 300 g

Rice 150 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Spices for pilaf 1/2 tsp.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the meat.

Cut into small pieces.

In frying mode, fry pieces of meat in vegetable oil.

Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion.

Add spices and stir.

Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Add grated carrots.

Add well, rinse rice, salt and stir.

Cover with water, a little more than the surface of the rice.

Switch to stewing mode or pilaf mode. Cook for another 40-50 minutes.
