Potatoes (young) 1 kg
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dried garlic 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Rinse and dry young potatoes.
Cut into wedges in a bowl.
Season with salt, dry garlic and vegetable oil.
Put the slices on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Put the potato wedges on a dish.
Oven baked potato slices are ready. Can be served at the table.
