Recipe how to cook squid

This recipe will tell you how to peel squid and how to cook squid. It is easy and simple to prepare any dish with squid.

Water 2 l

Squid carcass (unpeeled) 5-6 pcs

Salt 1 tbsp l.


Defrost 5-6 carcasses of unpeeled squid.

Cut off the "ears" from the carcass of each squid.

Peel off the top of the skin with a sharp knife.

Turn squid out and remove entrails.

Clean the ears too (after boiling, they can be used in salad).

Boil 2 liters of water, add 1 tablespoon of salt and lower the squid.

As soon as the carcasses begin to inflate, 5-6 seconds, remove them with a slotted spoon.

Boil the ears in boiling water for 2-3 seconds.

Cool the squids.

Boiled squids are ready. You can prepare a main course with squid or a salad.
