Cut the meat into small pieces.
Fry in sunflower oil with finely chopped onions. Add half a glass of water and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse dried apricots well and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into slices.
Place with meat and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add spices and salt.
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.
