Grilled chum salmon

Grilled chum salmon, grilling fish steaks with onions is the most enjoyable experience!

Cooking time 1 hour


Chum steak 4 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Lemon 1/2 pc

Ground red pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Wash and dry the fish slices.

Put the fish, chopped onion and finely chopped dill into a bowl and mix.

Add vegetable oil and salt. Add lemon juice. Pepper and stir. Leave in a cool place for 30-40 minutes.

Place fish and onions on a wire rack.

Heat the coals and fry on both sides, turning, until tender.

Grilled chum salmon is ready. Put on a platter and serve with vegetables and herbs.
