Juicy pork goulash

Tender pieces of meat stewed in tomato sauce. All that remains is to choose your favorite side dish.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Pork 500 g

Tomato juice 200-250 ml

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the pork pulp.

Cut the meat into small cubes.

Dip the pieces of meat in flour.

Put in a pan with heated vegetable oil and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add finely chopped onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato juice, salt and sugar.

Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat.

Season the finished goulash with ground pepper to taste.

Juicy pork goulash is ready. Place on a platter and serve with your favorite side dish.
