Cabbage cutlets "Obedience" are tender, tasty cutlets without a gram of meat, from which even the most fierce meat-eater will be delighted.
Cooking time 30 minutes
White cabbage 400 g
Cheese 100 g
Eggs 1 pc
Vegetable oil 5-6 tbsp. l.
Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground black pepper 1 pinch.
Peel the cabbage from the top leaves and chop.
Season with salt and mash well with your hands, leave for 10 minutes.
Add egg, grated cheese and ground black pepper to taste.
Stir the mass.
Form cutlets with wet hands and place in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Put the finished cutlets on a dish.
Cabbage cutlets "Obedience" are ready. Serve with sour cream sauce, garlic and herbs.
