Manti

Manty from which your guests will be delighted.

Cooking time 1 hour

Ingredients

Pork 500 g

Flour 500 g

Cold water 200 ml

Beef 200 g

3-4 onion

Eggs 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp

Greens (for decoration) to taste

Preparation

Rinse and dry the pork and beef well.

Twist the meat in a meat grinder.

Peel the onion and mince or chop finely.

Mix meat with onion, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Leave the minced meat for 20-30 minutes.

In a bowl of water, dilute ¼ teaspoons of salt and add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, dilute the egg in a bowl.

Mix everything well.

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Take out and knead the dough a little.

Divide into small parts, roll each into a circle. Place the minced meat in small pieces.

Pinch at two edges, then join together.

Put on the grates of the cooker, greased with a little vegetable oil.

Steam for 40 minutes over medium heat, add salt in a saucepan.

Immediately remove the finished manti from the grill and put on a dish, decorate with herbs.

Our delicious manti is ready. Serve immediately hot.
