Cut the chicken into small pieces. Rinse well and pat dry.
Fry in vegetable oil in a deep thick-walled dish.
Fry on all sides until golden brown. Add finely chopped onion.
Add grated carrots. Simmer chicken and carrots for 3-5 minutes.
Dilute the tomato paste with water.
Add to the pan to the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add chalk, chopped dill and garlic.
