Shrimp vegetable salad

This elegant, light salad will become the jewel of your table. Fresh vegetables and the most delicate shrimp, that secret combination that makes this salad so loved by everyone, especially lovely ladies.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Shrimps 200 g

Cheese (hard grade) 100 g

Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Ground black pepper to taste

Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp

Olive oil 3-4 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Pour boiling water over the shrimps and peel.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers.

Add chopped herbs and diced cheese.

Add shrimp and stir. Season with pepper and salt.

Season with a little more olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar and put in a salad bowl. Vegetable salad with shrimps is ready.
