Stuffed chicken thighs with mushrooms

Stuffed chicken thighs with mushrooms is a combination of many favorite flavors. On the festive table, together with a side dish of beans, they will create a wonderful New Year's mood.

Chicken thighs 4 pcs

Bacon slice 4 pcs

Fresh champignons 200 g

Green beans 200 g

Onion 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Walnuts 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and peel the mushrooms.

Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a pan with vegetable oil.

Rinse and dry the thighs well.

Remove the bones and spread the thigh.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place the mushroom filling and wrap the edges.

Transfer to a mold and wrap with strips of bacon.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C, 20-25 minutes.

For a side dish, fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add beans and cook until soft. Salt.

Place beans on a flat dish.

Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts.

Lay out the finished thighs on top.
