Potatoes with meat in the oven

Fragrant potatoes baked with meat in the oven under a cheese crust. A simple and incredibly delicious recipe with the perfect combination of ingredients.

Cooking time 1 hour


Pork pulp 300 g

Potatoes 6-8 pcs

Baltic cheese 100 g

Cream 10% fat. 200 ml




Rinse and dry the meat well.

Cut into plastics and beat off. Season with salt and pepper. Put in a mold in one layer.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices.

Place the potatoes over the meat. Salt a little.

Pour cream on top.

Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes, at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Cool the prepared potatoes with meat a little.

Potatoes with meat in the oven are ready. Arrange on plates and serve.
