Multicooker beef with rice

If you want to cook something tasty and not difficult for the whole family, then this recipe will definitely come in handy.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Beef (tenderloin) 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Parboiled rice 50 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Cherry tomatoes for serving

Dill (greens)


Cut the meat into cubes.

Fold into the multicooker bowl and cook on the "FRY" mode, stirring for 10 minutes.

Add finely chopped onions and grated carrots. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add rice and all-purpose seasoning. Stir and add a glass of water.

Cook on the "STEWING" mode for 20-25 minutes.

Put on a plate and sleep with finely chopped dill and cherry tomatoes. Serve to the table.
