Chicken fillet 300 g
Champignons 200 g
Cheese 120 g
Prunes 100 g
Pomegranate seeds 100 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Rinse 300 grams of chicken fillet.
Boil the chicken fillet until cooked for 20-25 minutes over medium heat.
Place the chicken fillet in a bowl and cool.
Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.
Rinse, peel and dry 200 grams of champignons.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt a little and fry for 3-5 minutes. Cool down.
Soak 100 grams of prunes in boiling water and dry.
Place finely chopped chicken fillet in the shape of a heart on a dish.
Season with salt to taste and brush with mayonnaise.
Put a layer of fried mushrooms on top.
Layer a layer of finely chopped prunes. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
Lay out a layer of grated eggs on top and on the sides, add a little mayonnaise with a mesh.
Grate 120 grams of cheese and sprinkle the whole salad with cheese.
Apply mayonnaise mesh to the sides of the salad and decorate the salad with pomegranate seeds.
Valentine's salad in love is ready. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
