Chicken with buckwheat in the oven

This is a dish that can be prepared both for every day and for the arrival of guests. And buckwheat according to this recipe turns out to be especially tasty.

Cooking time 1 hour


Buckwheat unground 200 g

Chicken 1/2 pc

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 25% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse the buckwheat well.

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep baking sheet. Put well washed buckwheat.

Place finely chopped onion and garlic on top.

Put a layer of chicken slices, salt and pepper. Grease the chicken with sour cream and pour 1-1.5 cups a little salted water.

Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Add water if necessary while cooking. Put on a platter and serve.
