New Year's magic salad

Light, bright, easy-to-prepare salad is a real "New Year's magic".

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Beet 1 pc

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch


Boil beets and carrots, cool and peel.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Rinse 300 g of chicken fillet. Boil until tender and cool.

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet into a bowl.

Place the serving ring on the dish and lay out a layer of boiled chicken.

Brush with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Grate 2 pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater and lay out.

Lay out a layer of grated boiled carrots. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add grated boiled beets.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Add a layer of grated boiled eggs.

Decorate with green onions and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove the serving ring.

The "New Year's Magic" salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
