Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls in the oven

Lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat in the oven, the name of this dish speaks for itself, this is an easy way to prepare a delicious dinner for dear guests and save time for yourself.

Minced pork 400 g

Tomato juice 400 ml

Water 300 ml

White cabbage 200 g

Onion 3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 4 tbsp. l.

Bay leaf 1 piece

Salt 1 tsp

Parsley (greens) 3 sprigs

Add 1 finely chopped onion and grated carrot, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add 400 milliliters of tomato juice, add a little salt and add 1 bay leaf. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.

Pour into a saucepan, add 300 ml of water and put on fire, cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Throw the boiled rice until half cooked in a colander and let the water drain completely.

In a bowl, combine 400 grams of minced pork and chopped onion.

Add TM "Aleika" rice, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 pinch of ground black pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat with the rice well.

Chop the cabbage and another onion.

Put the cabbage and onions into the mold.

Make small cutlets from minced meat with rice and put on cabbage.

Pour over tomato and vegetable sauce.

Cover with foil and place in the oven at 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.

Lazy cabbage rolls with minced meat in the oven are ready. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
