Pasta sauce with minced meat

A delicious dinner for the whole family, which even the pickiest child will not refuse, and it can be prepared in just 40 minutes.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Water 2 l

Minced meat 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Sugar 1 tsp

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Add one finely chopped onion.

Add one diced carrot.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.

Add 300 grams of minced meat.

Stir the minced meat with vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Add 1 teaspoon of dried garlic and stir.

Pour in 300 milliliters of water and simmer for 15-20 minutes under a lid.

Boil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Throw the finished pasta in a colander.

The sauce for pasta with minced meat is ready. Put the pasta on a dish and add the minced meat sauce, garnish with herbs and serve.
