Frittata with green onions

Frittata with green onions is a delicious and original breakfast in just 15 minutes.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Cheese 100 g

Eggs 5 pcs

Sun-dried tomatoes 4 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt 1/4 tsp


Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Break 5 eggs in a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Chop a bunch of green onions, 4-5 sun-dried tomatoes and grate 100 grams of cheese.

Beat eggs with salt.

Add onions, tomatoes and cheese. Mix.

Pour the mixture into a hot skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes over low heat.

Turn over and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Fritatta with green onions is ready. Cut into pieces, arrange on plates and serve.
