Potatoes with mushrooms in a pan is a simple and tasty dish that can be prepared even in Fasting.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Honey mushrooms 200 g

Potatoes 5-6 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a pan with vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.

Defrost the mushrooms, drain the liquid.

Add mushrooms to the pan, fry for 4-5 minutes.

Add water and simmer for 15-20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Turn the potatoes until tender, add salt, drain the water.

Place the potatoes with mushrooms in a bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.

Potatoes with mushrooms in a pan are ready. Can be served at the table.
