Delicious cottage cheese pancakes, this is a great dish for breakfast or a great snack.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Cottage cheese 200 g
Egg 1 pc
Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 pinch.
Mash the curd with a fork in a bowl.
Add egg, salt and sugar.
Knead the curd mass well.
Roll up the balls with wet hands.
Flatten a little and roll in flour.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Put the finished cottage cheese pancakes on a dish and serve.
