Chicken wings in the oven

Spicy lovers will definitely appreciate this recipe. Spicy chicken wings in the oven with chili peppers are perfect for a regular dinner or for a fun company.

Chicken wings 6-8 pcs

Adjika 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Marinated jalapeno peppers 4 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Capers 5-6 pcs

Sugar (sand) 1 pinch.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Sour cream 25% fat. (for sauce) 50 g

Dill (for sauce) 1 bunch

Salt (for the sauce) 1 pinch.


Rinse and dry the chicken wings well.

Cut the wings into pieces, remove the smallest pieces (can be used for broth).

In a hotel bowl, grind the chopped peppers, garlic and capers.

In a bowl for sauce, mix adjika, vegetable oil, salt, sugar and ground black pepper.

Add chopped holopena, garlic and capers.

Stir the sauce well.

Place the sauce in a bowl of chicken and brush well over each chicken bite.

Place in a baking dish.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.

Cool the finished wings.

Put on a dish.

Prepare the sauce. Mix in sour cream, finely chopped dill, and 1 pinch of salt.

The chicken wings are ready in the oven. Can be served with sauce.
