Broccoli with soy sauce and pine nuts, an incredibly tasty dish that will appeal even to those who don't like broccoli very much.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Onion 1 pc
Bell pepper 1/2 pc
Broccoli (frozen) 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 3 tbsp l.
Pine nuts 1 tbsp l.
Green onions for decoration
Peel and finely chop the onion, peel and dice the bell pepper.
Defrost broccoli and disassemble into inflorescences.
Fry onions and peppers in vegetable oil for 1-2 minutes.
Add broccoli and some water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, covered.
Add soy sauce and simmer for another minute. Add pine nuts and stir.
Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve.
