Potatoes 10-12 pcs

Dill (greens) 2 bunch


Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Boil the potatoes with the peel until tender. Cool and clean.

Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Add cut potatoes in quarters and fry until golden brown.

Season with salt and add coarsely chopped dill.

Stir and place on a platter. Serve hot.
