Chicken with potatoes and rosemary, a fabulously delicious dish for the New Year's table. The scent of rosemary will come in handy during the winter holidays.
Cooking time 2 hours
Chicken 1 pc
Rosemary 3 sprigs
Potatoes (small) 10 pcs
Paprika 1/4 tsp
Dried garlic 1/2 tsp
Lemon pepper 1/2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Mix spices, salt and oil in a bowl. Add 2 plucked rosemary sprigs.
Mix well and grate the chicken, tie the legs with a harsh thread. Place in a dish or on a baking sheet.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into halves if desired.
Add the remaining spice mixture to taste. Mix well.
Put the potatoes to the chicken and cook for 1-1 hour 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. If the chicken starts to burn up quickly, immediately cover with a piece of foil and remove after 30 minutes.
