Meat potatoes

Your loved ones will be delighted with this extraordinary potato dish wrapped in strips of pork belly.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Pork belly 5-7 pcs

Potatoes 5-7 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.


Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Beat off the brisket, salt and season with paprika.

Peel the potatoes, if the potatoes are large, you can pre-boil them until half cooked. Wrap each potato in a brisket. Place in a baking dish.

Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees C.

Put the finished potatoes on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
