Shank baked in the sleeve

The knuckle baked in the sleeve is the best fit for the New Year's table. No one can refuse such an un-likely appetizing treat.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes


Pork knuckle 1 piece

Garlic clove 3-5

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Vegetables (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Lemon (for decoration)


Rinse and dry the shank.

Make incisions to the bone. Season well with salt and pepper. Place chopped garlic into the cuts.

Wrap in a baking sleeve and place in a baking dish.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1.5 hours.

Put the finished shank on a dish with lettuce, herbs and vegetables.

The shank baked in the sleeve is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
