Fillet of pink salmon 200 g
Egg 1 pc
Wheat flour of the highest grade 3 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.
Defrost fish, wash, dry, salt, pepper, cut into portions.
Prepare the batter. Combine the egg, mayonnaise in a bowl, add flour and beat the dough with a fork, which should not be thicker than the pancakes.
Each piece of fish must be dipped in batter, raised above the bowl and allowed to drain off excess dough.
Put the fish in well-heated vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat.
The pink salmon in the dough is ready. Put the finished fish in batter on paper napkins to remove the remaining oil. Serve with mashed potatoes or fresh vegetable salad.
