Pollock in batter is a quick fish snack or a great addition to your favorite side dish. You can cook it in just 20 minutes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Pollock fillet 300 g
Eggs 1 pc
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Defrost and dry 300 grams of pollock fillets.
Cut the fillets into small pieces and season with salt.
Break one egg into a bowl, add one pinch of salt.
Beat the egg and salt with a whisk.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the egg bowl.
Beat the mixture well again until smooth.
Dip fish pieces in batter.
Fry fish pieces in heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
Place fish on paper towels and remove excess oil.
Put ready-made pollock in batter on a dish, decorate as desired.
Pollock in batter is ready. Can be served at the table.
