"Marquis" salad with champignons and chicken breast

Delicious mushroom salad with champignons and chicken breast, very tender, rich and satisfying.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 200 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Fresh champignons 5 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Green onions for decoration

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the champignons, peel the onions.

Fry finely chopped onions and mushrooms in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Salt, cook for 4-5 minutes.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cool.

Finely chop the chicken fillet into a bowl and mix with the mushrooms.

Add canned corn and grated cheese.

Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Cut eggs into cubes and add to a bowl along with mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and put in a salad bowl, garnish with green onions.

Salad with mushrooms and chicken breast is ready. Can be served at the table.
