Pilaf with chicken and mushrooms

Pilaf with chicken and mushrooms, a fast, original and tasty dish. Parboiled rice does not take long to cook and does not clump, and mushrooms and chicken are a great combination for rice.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Fresh champignons 150 g

Parboiled rice 120 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Vegetable oil 4-5 tbsp. l.

Spices for pilaf 1 tsp.

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, finely chop the onion.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onion, meat and chopped mushrooms in quarters. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add grated carrots, spices and salt. Mix well.

Add rice.

Fry everything together, stirring for another 1-2 minutes.

Add water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Put the prepared pilaf with chicken and mushrooms on a dish, sprinkle the chalk with chopped green onions and serve.
