Lazy stuffed cabbage

A simple recipe for lazy cabbage rolls will help you out when you have no time to bother with cooking. Cooking will take quite a bit of time and effort, and even the most fastidious stuffed cabbage rolls will like cutlets.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Minced meat 400 g

Onion 1 pc

White cabbage 200 g

Rice 50 g

Eggs 1 pc

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Ketchup 3 tbsp l.

Sour cream 20% fat. 100 g

Greenery for decoration

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion.

Boil rice until half cooked and drain the water.

Finely chop the cabbage and pour boiling water over for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water, squeeze the cabbage.

Add garlic, egg and rice to the minced meat.

Add cabbage.

Mix everything well.

Form small cutlets from the mass. Roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Place in a baking dish.

In a bowl, combine the ketchup, sour cream, and 1/2 cup water. Stir.

Pour the mixture into a mold.

Put in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Place on a platter with herbs and serve.
