The famous Spanish tortilla, an egg omelet with potatoes and herbs, a tasty and simple dish for every day.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Potatoes 3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Greenery for decoration
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Peel the onions and potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into strips, cut the onion into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.
Beat the eggs a little, salt and pepper.
Pour eggs into a skillet and cover.
Cook for a couple of minutes and turn like a pancake. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Put on a plate and garnish with herbs.
