A simple and delicious recipe for a pasta and cheese dinner in the oven for the whole family.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Pasta 250 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Milk 150 ml
Butter 30 g
Processed cheese 1 pc
Flour 1 pc
Parsley (greens) to taste
Salt to taste
Heat butter in a saucepan, add flour.
Add milk and heat well until thickened.
Grate cheese. Set aside a handful of grated cheese.
Add cheese to saucepan and stir. Salt to taste.
Boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain the water.
Add cheese sauce to pasta and stir.
Grease a form with butter and lay out the pasta.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Take out and cool slightly.
The pasta and cheese are ready in the oven. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
