This simple and delicious salad with pickled cucumbers, sausage and corn will help you out more than once when you need to quickly prepare something for the arrival of guests.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Sausage cervelat 200 g
Canned corn 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Pickled cucumber 2 pcs
Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Cut the cervelat into strips.
Add the cucumbers and corn to the bowl.
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Add chopped eggs to a bowl.
Season with mayonnaise and stir.
Arrange the salad using a serving ring or simply in a salad bowl.
Pickled cucumber salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
