Chicken with potatoes "Festive"

This "Festive" chicken with potatoes baked in the oven, in a creamy sauce with cheese will decorate any New Year's table.

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg

Chicken thighs 5-6 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Water 100 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel the potatoes.

Rinse and dry the chicken, rub with salt and pepper.

Cut the potatoes into slices and place in a mold.

Add a layer of finely chopped onions.

Add chicken.

In a bowl, combine sour cream, vegetable oil and water.

Pour the mixture over the chicken on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.

Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook on the top shelf for 10-15 minutes.

Serve the finished chicken with potatoes.
