Home-style lasagna

Delicious home-style lasagna, with minced meat and creamy sauce, then for a delicious dinner.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Lasagne 8-12 pcs

Minced meat 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Hard cheese 300 g

Tomato paste 3 tbsp l.

Butter 100 g

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.

Cream 10% fat. (or milk) 300 ml

Dried basil


Salt to taste


Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan.

Add finely chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add minced meat and knead well with a spatula.

Fry until tender. Add basil and paprika.

Stir and add tomato paste.

Salt and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Prepare a creamy sauce. Melt the butter in a ladle.

Add flour and stir well with a spoon.

Add cream or milk. Heat the mixture while stirring until a homogeneous mass is formed, without lumps.

In a fireproof glass mold, line the bottom with lasagna plates.

Then a layer of minced meat with tomato sauce.

Then lay out a layer of lasagna. And repeat - a layer of minced meat, a layer of lasagna.

Sprinkle the penultimate layer with grated cheese.

Cover with a layer of lasagna and pour over the creamy sauce.

Cook in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Sprinkle the finished dish on top with cheese and bake on the upper level of the oven for another 5-10 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly and cut into portions.
