Pumpkin with meat in the oven

It is already cool outside, autumn rains and cloudy. What little things ... After all, we are already preparing pumpkin with meat in the oven - a real ray of sunshine in a cloudy autumn.

Pumpkin 1 pc

Pork pulp 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Coriander 1 pinch.

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel carrots and onions.

Rinse and dry the meat.

Finely chop the onion and pieces of meat, fry in a pan with vegetable oil, 2-3 minutes.

Add grated carrots.

Add salt, pepper, coriander and tomato paste. Mix well.

Wash the pumpkin.

Cut off the "cap" of the pumpkin.

Remove pumpkin seeds.

Transfer the pumpkin to the foil. Put the filling in the pumpkin.

Cover with a "lid" and grease the whole pumpkin with vegetable oil.

Wrap in foil and cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour.

Put the finished pumpkin on a dish. Decorate with herbs.
